Personal Information shall mean and include all information that can be linked to a specific individual or to identify any individual, such as name, address, mailing address, telephone number, email ID, password, financial information such as bank account details, credit or debit card details or any other payment instrument details and such other information that may have been voluntarily provided by the user in connection with availing any of the Services provided by us.

We shall ask you to provide only such Personal Information which is for a lawful purpose and necessary to be collected by us to provide Services. When you sign up to use our Services, you create a user profile which shall require you to share details like your name, mobile number, email address, and passwords. In case you have opted for the KYC verification as available on the Platform, in addition to the Personal Information, we may also ask you for a copy of your identity and address proof including but not limited to Civil ID Card,Resident Card, Driving licence, for ID verification (whichever is convenient for you), and a real-time image of your face. You shall also submit with us a copy of the registration certificate (RC/ Mukiya) of your vehicle / Equipment.

Users registering as Company representatives, we collect Company CR, Chamber of Commerce Card and Riyadha Certification, Some times users need to provide certification of the equipment if it is a mandate or request.

When you interact on our Platform, we may additionally through our third-party service providers automatically collect such information that shall include your

(i) device-specific information such as the operating system version,
(ii) your geolocation information,
(iii) your call log data,
(iv) information about your activity on our Platform which shall include the sites from where you have accessed our Platform.

We collect, use, process, store, disclose or transfer your Personal Information in compliance with the applicable laws of the land and in such circumstances where we need to

(i) perform the Services that you have contracted with us for, including but not limited to the sale of Tyres, Batteries, Automotive products and Other consumer Electronics, making payments and deducting VAT, for user authentication,
(ii) provide an enhanced user experience through research and development of new products;
(iii) For internal business purposes;
(iv) make suggestions and recommendations to you about our Services that may be of interest to you by using your email address and mobile number (by SMS);
(v) For purposes disclosed at the time you provide your information or as otherwise outlined in this Privacy Policy; and
(vi) where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Functionalities

The Qareeb app (“Application”) provides Two core functionalities:

a) Posting Enquiry, registered Customers (“RC”) can post two types of enquiry, general Enquiry and bidding enquiry, depending on the type of enquiry our source code will choose the panels and post in the vendor panels

1. Freight Forwarders Panels for Air & Ocean Freight enquiry
2. Customer Clearance panel – Customs brokerage enquiries
3. Land Transport Panel – Inland Transport enquiries
4. Loading, Unloading Panel – for Loading unloading enquiries
5. Heavy Equipment Panel – for Heavy Equipment rentals
6. Warehouse Panel – for Dry and Cold storage enquiries

b) Receive Enquiry and Quote, Registered Vendors (“RV”) will attend the enquires and Quote, the customer is free to choose the Quote Vendor, Approved Quote generate Notification to both RC and RV, RC will receive RV contact details and RV will receive RC details.

2. Retention and Disclosure of Personal Information

The Personal Information is used only for the purpose(s) for which it is collected or for which, required consent has been obtained. The Personal Information is retained only for such periods of time as it is required to fulfil the purpose for which it has been obtained. We do not sell, share, rent or trade the information we have collected about you, other than as disclosed within this Privacy Policy or at the time you provide your information.

We may share your Personal Information with such entities and in such manner as detailed below:
We use third-party service providers to help us deliver certain aspects of our Services including but not limited to cloud storage facilities, processing payments, providing geolocation services and other similar services. We do not allow them to use your personal data for their purposes and only permit them to process your Personal Information for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions. Each of these third parties are required to ensure the same level of data protection as us and are obligated not to disclose or use Personal Information for any other purposes. Certain aspects of our services may be provided to you in association with third parties who qualify as our business partners and we may share your Personal Information with such business partners for the provision of the Services. If you choose to procure such Services, you consent to providing your Personal Information with both us and our business partners and shall also be governed by the privacy policy of such third parties.

We may disclose your Personal Information to law enforcement authorities, regulators, governmental or public bodies and other relevant third parties to comply with any legal or regulatory requirements. The users will have the right to review their personal data and make corrections or updates, request data blocking where applicable or to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of their Personal Information. We have high regards for the privacy of our end users and hence we take all possible measures to store and secure the Personal Information and any other information so collected by us on secure servers. We ourselves or through our service providers,
